UserTutor Corporation employs a core administration and management staff, and further affiliates with sole proprietorships in order to expand their service offerings under the corporate umbrella. Additionally, freelance contractors are employed for term projects.
In-house positions currently fall under two categories:
These positions typically work in and/or through our office, and begin at a managerial level. A prerequisite for any administration position is the Certificate of General Business Management Principles while corporate officers further require the Computer Systems Management Certificate. These certifications are available within the corporation at no cost to staffs, and must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment. Candidates with demonstrated experience and relevant credentials may challenge the examinations for either certification upon hiring.
These positions provide the technical support for the corporation and require the Computer Systems Management Certificate be obtained within 6 months of being hired. Duties with the Support group further include, though not limited to, website development, software development, and web hosting support.
