UserTutor Corporation

UserTutor Corp. was officially incorporated on January 1, 2008.  Its status is that of Canadian Controlled Private Corporation (CCPC).  Though primarily Internet based, the corporate head office is operational in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada.

The Corporation is governed by a maximum 7 directors accountable to the shareholders, and operates under 3 corporate officers who report directly to the board of directors.  A management tier works under the corporate officers and coordinates the involved staffs, contractors, and associate business groups in specified company projects.
